PsyAssistance is an app that offers an unrivaled experience for your mood management, day-to-day and during crises. It was designed and scientifically validated by researcher and Professor Réal Labelle and his team at the Institut universitaire en santé mentale de Montréal (CIUSSS de l’Est-de-l’Île-de-Montréal) and at the Université du Québec à Montréal. PsyAssistance is based on the principales of the cognitive-behavioral therapy. It allow user to have access to a large repertoire of resources, to keep a mood journal, to make exercices to improve his mood and to establish a safety plan in case of crisis. PsyAssistance introduces itself like a constantly evolving avant-garde digital tool that informs, gives tools and protects oneself against a sad mood.
